Behind us construction continues on what will become the World’s largest Pizza as determined by Guinness World Records. My Associate, Dennis Palazzo took the photo. But my favorite takeaway, other than working closely with the renowned LA County Health Department, was providing 68,000 slices of the finished product to hungry folks- No Food Waste!
